Due to changes on my flight, I asked to the resort several times to change my check-in date, but simply this is the worst place. They dont care about you, they care about only money. I wasted my money and my time trying to reach-contact this place. But no reply. I paid but got nothing!!

Excellent location, good room, very comfortable beds

Few options for food, many of staff seemed to be in a bad mood. Public wash rooms were not clean, they always were missing toilet paper

beds were really comfortable; air condition- ok; staff ok; food - on this level ok; beach service- great-included water bikes, small catamarans +kayaks; location- great

staff- ok, apart from the reception and cleaning service; reception-we lost our beach towels on the swimmingpool in the hotel (Guarded zone) we had to pay 30 CUC (about 30 euro)- even if there was nothing written in the hotel rules; we were waiting for the meeting with the manager of the hotel over 5 days. cleaning service nice- but.... needs good manager

Location was perfect! Walk right across the street to the beach. Taxi to nightclubs were about 5 Cuban dollars. The staff was beyond great.

The food was horrific! You know it's bad when it's free and you still can't eat it.

Close to the north beachside. 15min (with full rucksack plus backpack) on foot to Viazul station. More than native Cubans get from their lousy government so be grateful. Swimming pool to cool down is also great.

It was absolutely disappointed, the lady at the reception was so rude ... they don’t give any information when on your first day you have to find everything yourself ( if you can ) last day after I left their towels they act like I have stolen their cheap towels and then they have found it but it was too late. Pool was dirty, food was disaster, never go back there just avoid this hotel

Dirty hotel(rooms/corridors/everywhere),old & broken furniture(inc TV that didn't work),surly & unhelpful staff,crumbling masonry,woodwork & paint,terrible food,inadequate wi-fi..All in all,a truly dreadful place to stay.

I booked 5 pax adult and 2 child and I paid for that.they charged immediately.when I get there I had to paid for another extra room because one child was include as them..they told me booking offer something and the hotel’s offer is completely different..I have to paid an extra 100 usd and wait with my family on the lobby .

The staff was very friendly all round the hotel, especially the games host (full of energy)

The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing! Firstly we got a single bed in our room and had to go back downstairs to change it (the gentleman at reception was very apologetic) The second room we were moved too, had sand all over the bed and floor. The lifts didn't work most of the time and it as it rained most days the floors everywhere had so much water and was extremely slippery and dangerous to walk. Alcohol was completely watered down at the pool bars and food was very bland and repeated and recycled daily. Considered how much money the government makes from the hotel, they should maintain it just a little bit.

As you all might already notice, the advantage was only one and i think you already aware of it... the shore and the ocean are great! In my particular case, I also had a great view from the window to all Varadero. Please, do not think I was lucky with a room until you finish reading my review.

Now it is time for crashing this hotel and its service. 1. Cockroaches. Palm size cockroaches in the kitchen. 2. Elevator and access control system. The elevator works 1 day of five. Yes, it means you have to pull your luggage up by narrow stairs (hope you won't live on 7th floor as I did). Be sure, you will need to do it many times (without luggage of course) because their access control system works terribly. I will explain: Imagine the situation, when you had breakfast, took towel, cream etc., spent half of the day under the hot sun, swam a lot and now you are tired and would like to go back to your room and nap. You climbed by stairs (as the elevator doesn't work) to the 7th floor (it was my case), ready to open the door and now you think you would fall on the bed, right? Yes, BUT NOT in this hotel!!! Because the card which you are used to open the door is not working! Yeahh! Time to remember about your vacation, go 7 floors down, change the card, go up and here you are! In my particular case I changed the card 3 to 4 times. Other people in hotel made the same procedure, but less or more. 3. Service. Service is disgusting. When i tried to take a boat with a guide on the beach, he declined. The reason he told, was very simple: nobody from his team was working at that moment. BTW, it was 9:15 in the morning and their working day starts at 9. I complained to reception and they told like the weather was not good, however it was not windy, rainy or fog. Then I went back to the beach and what do you think i saw there? In less than 10 minutes the instrutor was riding a boat with some girls. Ah?! The weather has rapidly changed?! So, the working day started at about 9:30, although the sundeds are taken at on time, 6 pm everyday, even if you lay on it. Or, in case you swim, they just move you clothes to the sand, very kind of you! Let's move on, I'll show you more why the service is completely awful... 4. All inclusive.

Room was older condition (Room 216), but clean. The maids do a great job. Front desk staff was helpful, and friendly. The food was quite average, but at least I didn't get sick. The staff in the dining room were also great. The hotel pool area is smaller but nice, and it is a short 2 min walk across the road to the lovely beach.

I found the bartenders at the hotel bar to be very rude. The guys who lend the equipment out at the beach also rude and ignorant. The hot water in room was inconsistent. Had cold showers about 50% of the time.

The room is big, spectacular beach! and friendly staff, especially when we already check out, they help us keep the luggage until afternoon for free, we can still drink anything for free in the bar of lobby!

food is so so, very limited choice, room is old. the shower don't have enough hot water. air conditioner is very loudly.

Was alright. You get what you pay for and I paid like, $50 a night for all-inclusive. I wasn't expecting anything amazing, and it was just a standard hotel in a decent location. My room was at least decent.

When I arrived, I had to wait 4hrs to check in - not a problem. I went to use the downstairs/main lobby communal bathroom and both toilet cubicles were PLASTERED in human faeces. Like, explosive diarrohoea all over them, including the outer seats. Some absolute animals walking around the face of this earth. Took the hotel about 3hrs to sort this out. Reception were blunt. Barstaff were blunt. Nobody really smiled. I get it, they work in hospitality and have to deal with rude people all day, but still - you're working in a customer-facing role, have some god-damn manners.

The property is situated in a very good area. Apart that only one lift works, i have nothing to complain of. Had a great comfortable stay. Food was really excellent and real all inclusive. Well done

Mold in the room, wet dirty towels, the bed sheets were dirty with hair on it and the bathroom was disgusting. The elevator is not working, the television in our was not working as well! The dining room is like a pigsty, the tablecloths was totally dirty and will never be changed! The food was inedible! It was the worst stay at all in Cuba!

For those who like "All inclusive" hotels - you'll get 3-time eating and free bar all day and all night long (but you'll get no alcohol after 11pm). There's a conditioner in the room but it's came from 50th - very noisy and unable to be used while you're in the room. Room with balcony will be your good choice. Water in the bathroom is very soft - good for your hairs and skin, max temperature is 50C CRT TV is available with vary satellite channels. Restaurant offers good variety of fresh fruits, vegetables. You can get suitable food for any taste. Beach is right after the road, free bar is also located there. Deck-chairs and canopies are also available. Reception offers money exchange, they speak English for a little.

When you're booking 3-stars all-inclusive hotel don't expect something outstanding. This hotel offers good deals for good price. Pool smells like chlorine, so I don't advise you to stay in it for too long. You can't get in the lift from some floors except ground-floor due to broken control panels, so you should use the stairs.

The staff was nice and the night show was good

It is too expensive for the quality offered. We stayed only one night and we were really disappointed by the room which was not clean with lot of broken things. The hotel elevators and walls are quite old. It needs to be refreshed...

The bar was alright. The towelmade swans were cute.

The cockroach in the dining area, the loud buzzing in our room. When you have experienced true Cuban entertainment the performances in this place pales in comparison.

The booking was all inclusive thus the food, the drinks, the coffees etc were unlimited. The buffets of the breakfast the lunch and the dinner were all rich in variety. Also they included so many different desserts and a super tasty ice cream among those. My room was really spacious. The beach is 3mins walking from the hotel. And it is one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to.

The hotel is a little old. It needs a renovation. Also i did not find its interior design that attractive. But that's just my opinion. The room was not being cleaned really carefully. There was sand on the sofa from my first till the last moment there. Not all the people of the staff were polite. Some of them were super polite though The flush in the toilet was damaged since my first day there. I mentioned that to the reception but eventually they never fixed it.

The staff were, for the most part, wonderful. The price is right for what you get in return. The shower had hot water and great water pressure!

Smokers everywhere. If you smoke, you’ll be fine. Meat in almost everything. Definitely not vegetarian friendly. The beds are old and uncomfortable.
